My wife Angelina and I came together when I attended one of her healthy foods & lifestyle classes at Whole Foods. I was interested in learning how to be the best version of myself and I was noticing at the time that I felt slow, stuck and not healthy.

She taught me that the food you put in your body is like fuel. If your fuel is dirty, your body engine will not operate at full capacity.

We put this thoughtful approach to food into the ingredients we use at Fire on Wheels Pizza.

We proudly use organic, local and seasonal foods as much as possible. We have developed relationships with farmers and foragers all over the area and it shows in the taste of our food. When food is grown and made with love, you can feel it.

Jeremy + team, Thank you for being a part of our big day! The first thing that we knew we needed at our wedding was PIZZA and here you are, bringing that to life!! You have been so helpful + wonderful through this process and in making our vision come to life. Your willingness + excitement has been so appreciated: from family style service, to pairing the wine and even custom apps. You are doing it all!!! We are happy we found Fire on Wheels! We are so very thankful for you all.

From the first time I started corresponding with Jeremy, he was beyond responsive and accommodating. What he told me initially and what he finally provided, exceeded my expectations. Not only were the appetizers, salads and artisan pizza incredibly delicious but his presentation was equally great. He provided wonderful service, ensuring the food was completed timely. My guests have not stopped raving about how tasty the food was!

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Jeremy and Fire on Wheels Pizza. The entire experience was amazing! Loved talking to him about our menu. He really cared. Not only did he make unreal pizzas but also provided beautiful salads and appetizers. Best food I've had at a wedding by far. Lastly, it meant a lot that the whole crew seemed to really enjoy the experience. Super enthusiastic and professional. Couldn't recommend them more.
